ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Representing families in wrongful death cases is Roger Krause’s true calling. He combines all of his education and experience for one single purpose: to seek justice for the family forced to endure the sudden, unexpected and avoidable loss of a loved one.
Roger Krause, originally from New York City, earned his undergraduate degree at Emory University in Atlanta, a master’s degree in psychology from Columbia University in New York, and his law degree from Georgia State University. Mr. Krause has been an extern at the Georgia Court of Appeals, worked for a large insurance defense firm, then a midsize firm, before joining with veteran lawyer Bob Witcher to form Krause & Witcher.
Roger combines his study of law and psychology with his intellect and street smarts to fight for what is right. Roger Krause was selected in 2014 and 2015 to Georgia’s SuperLawyers list, identifying the top 5% of all lawyers. Mr. Krause occasionally lectures to lawyers and law students.
